Ticket System Registration Required
Due to the increasing difficulties with email deliverability, we now require a one-time registration to the ticket system, prior to submitting a ticket. We regret the need to do this, but it helps to ensure that you can view your support replies even if they don't reach your email inbox. This means faster and more efficient service to you, our valued customer.
Important: Replies to your support tickets are sent via email. To avoid unnecessary delays and to get the fastest support possible, we ask that you DO NOT create an account using free email addresses like Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Ymail, etc. If you don't have an email account at your own domain, please use Gmail instead.
